Eleanor Shelton












Eleanor was in higher education marketing in Ann Arbor, Michigan for 12 years and now work as a freelance writer Northern Colorado, where she is active with the Northern Colorado Writers as well as the Aspen Writers Network. Eleanor received her M.A. in English from Eastern Michigan University and have been writing fiction as often as time permits. 

She has had her fiction published in The Huron River Review, Current Magazine, and Offbeat Literary Journal and non-fiction published in the Ann Arbor News, The Aspen Magazine, Edible Aspen, Career Focus magazine, The Welding Journal, Cornucopia Magazine (Turkey) and several others. 

Eleanor teaches creative writing and helps students and adults find their stories. Eleanor has attended several writing workshops over the years including Tin House, Provincetown Fine Arts Working Center, Taos Writing Conference, Third Coast, and Aspen Summer Words Novel Editing Workshop.
