I haven't read any of them - or even heard of them - and I read a lot. I look forward to reading them, though. I'm not sure I have read anything that actually came out in 2009. I'm still trying to catch up with books from the last few decades!

I haven't come across any of them, and I just ordered 30 books - really.

I don't think these lists are of much use, because people have different taste in reading. I do look at amazon lists / people list, but I look for more specific ones in a particular genre or with a particular theme that I am interested in at the time. Generic lists are really waste of time, unless one happens to be a reader who just reads whatever the "experts" think is good.

Wow I haven't read any of these either! I'm beginning to check out the Amazon top ten best sellers though - I've found some pretty amazing books doing that....but it is down to personal choice in the end - previously i would only have checked out sci-fi and fantasy books.
